Clive Wilkinson Architects is very proud to announce the promotions, effective immediately, of Amber Wernick and Grace Eun, two exceptional members of our design community who have performed excellent service to our Clients, our projects and to the development of our internal capabilities over the past few years.

Amber is being elevated to Associate, and Grace is being elevated from Associate to Senior Associate.

Amber Wernick, Associate
Amber joined our firm as a registered interior designer with almost a decade of commercial design experience in large Midwest projects. With a diverse background in workspace, higher education, and healthcare interiors, Amber is involved in each project from pre-design research to construction administration. She is highly skilled at identifying the Client’s goals and developing design strategies to reinforce the overall concept. With a focus on interior finishes, lighting, furniture, and graphics, she ensures the design intent is maintained in all of the details. Amber has made notable contributions to our projects, specifically the Publicis North America Headquarters in New York, the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago, and the upcoming Stanford University Campus in Redwood City.

Grace Eun, Senior Associate
Grace joined our firm with a decade-long background in leading the design of commercial, corporate, healthcare, and institutional projects across the globe. She has diverse experience in both interior and architecture projects, and this diversity allows her to successfully achieve the Client’s vision through integrated, collaborative designs. As a Project Designer, Grace brings her creativity and attention to detail to each project she contributes to. She is an NCIDQ certified interior designer and a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in ID+C (Interior Design + Construction). Grace has made exceptional contributions to our projects, specifically the Microsoft Pebble Beach Complex in Redmond, Valve Headquarters in Seattle, and the upcoming Google Campus in Sunnyvale.

Our heartiest congratulations to Amber and Grace!

Looks like the cat is out of the bag! We are happy to announce that our studio is providing interior architecture services for the new Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) building design for Google’s Sunnyvale campus. Landscape design is being provided by OLIN with design/build construction services by Devcon.

The 1M SF complex, comprised of two terracing buildings, is just a few miles away from the original Googleplex, which we designed back in 2005. “The design concept centers on fostering activity and maximizing accessible space, including on its ramped roof where Google workers will be able to walk, bike or rollerblade between levels. The development is also aiming for high standards of environmental sustainability, including a LEED Gold rating, an integrated public transportation system, and a native, low-water landscaping plan.” Read more about the exciting development here.
